Siya Doll

All right, so I know it's been a while since I've posted a new pattern...I've been busy on Pinterest finding tons of other cool blogs with free crochet patterns and forgot to post on my own, lol. Anyway, last Christmas I decided to make a doll for my niece. She has the curliest hair ever and it's hard to find dolls with curly hair that look like her, so I decided to make one that somewhat resembles her. I think it turned out pretty cute, so here is the pattern if anyone else is interested...

Hair:
Use size F hook.

Sc 3 times in each chain to the end of the row.
Tie to head. Repeat until head is covered with hair.

Sew on eyes and mouth. I used plastic doll eyes, but if you don't have access to them, you can just use the black yarn to sew some eyes. I decided to not make clothes for the doll, but I went to Michaels and bought a doll-sized dress and it fit perfectly.

I hope you enjoy! ~Laura
